Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At I Am Beauty, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to feel confident in every purchase you make. If a product doesn’t meet your expectations, we are here to ensure the return process is as seamless as your favorite foundation.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To maintain the highest hygiene standards for all our customers, items must meet the following conditions to be eligible for a return:

  • Timeline: The request must be made within 10 days of the delivery date.
  • Condition: The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original, sealed packaging. Due to the nature of cosmetics (foundation, concealer, lipsticks), we cannot accept returns for any item where the safety seal has been broken or the product has been swatched.
  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide the original order confirmation or receipt.

2. Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the safety and quality of our products, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Products that have been opened, swatched, or used.
  • Products with broken hygiene seals or tampered packaging.
  • Items purchased through third-party sellers or unauthorized retailers.
  • Sale items or promotional bundles (unless explicitly stated otherwise).

3. Your Return Options

If your return is approved after an initial review, you may choose one of the following methods:

Option 1: Self-Return (Full Product Refund)

You may ship the product back to our fulfillment center at your own cost. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

  • Refund: Once we receive and inspect the item, a full refund of the product price will be issued to your Bank Account, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash.

Option 2: Courier Pickup (Convenience Fee)

For your convenience, we can arrange a pickup from your doorstep through our partner courier service.

  • Process: A deduction of Rs. 200 will be made from your total refund amount to cover the pickup and processing fees.
  • Refund: The remaining balance will be processed once the item is received and inspected at our facility.

4. Damaged or Tampered Goods

We take great pride in our Unique packaging. However, if you receive a product that appears damaged (e.g., a broken glass foundation bottle) or if you suspect tampering:

  • Do not use the product.
  • Take a photo of the damaged item and the outer packaging.
  • Contact our Customer Care team immediately at sales@iambeauty.shop . We will prioritize a replacement or full refund for any quality-related issues.

5. Refund Processing

Refunds are only issued after we have received and inspected the returned merchandise. You will receive an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days.

6. Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes you might change your mind. To ensure a smooth experience, please note our cancellation terms:

  • Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order at any time before it has been handed over to our courier partner. To cancel, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email with your Order ID.
  • After Dispatch: Once an order has been dispatched and a tracking number is generated, it cannot be cancelled. If you no longer wish to keep the items, you must follow the return process outlined in Section 2 after the package is delivered.
  • Refusal at Doorstep: If an order is refused at the time of delivery without prior communication, I Am Beauty reserves the right to restrict future "Cash on Delivery" (COD) privileges for that account.
